About The Role

Job Title: Associate, CEO's office

Location: India - Remote

Preferred Qualifications:

- Undergraduate from a Tier 1 college (IIT, BITS, NIT, SRCC, St. Xavier's etc.)

- 1-3 years of experience in high growth startups / Consulting firms / Investment Banking / PE or VC

As we continue to scale SaaS Labs, we are looking to hire 3-4 highly driven individuals for the CEO's office, who can independently drive initiatives. The role would provide excellent broad-based exposure to strategic, commercial and operational topics. This is a unique opportunity to be at the front seat as we build the next global SaaS story.

Responsibilities You'll Shoulder

- Strategy, S&M, M&A, Hiring, Data Analytics, Integrations, Finance - anything and everything, you ought to wear multiple hats and be good at doing that

- Working on GTM for our current products JustCall, Helpwise and launching our products in R&D

- Work with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders to scale SaaS Lab's footprints across the globe

- End to end execution of strategic investment opportunities

- Responsible for decision making support, research and analysis, as necessary for driving various special initiatives

- Contributing to building the strategic plan and become the champion of strategy execution

- Setting up tracking processes for org wide KPIs and monitoring them routinely

- Organise and prioritize critical issues, and continually review processes, implementing improvements for maximum efficiencies
