- PG in Business Management with overall 6 -15 years of experience.

-In Depth Knowledge of Asset Side of Banking- Mortgage( home loans and loan against property), Personal Loans, Business Loans is a must.

-Proven Track record of building and leading successful teams in Channel Sales in a regional role

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high ownership

Responsibilities:

Channel Acquisition & Growth:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new Distribution Service Agents (DSAs), Sub-DSAs, and Connectors in the assigned territory.

- Identify and qualify high-potential channel partners who align with our business goals.

- Secure new partnerships through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to on-boarding new channel partners.

Channel Management & Development:

- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with existing and new channel partners.

- Develop and implement partner training programs to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

- Drive partner adoption of our products/services through ongoing support and engagement.

- Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Implement strategies to enhance partner productivity and achieve key engagement metrics.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for both sales acquisition and revenue generation.

- Develop and execute strategies to maximize Saarathi mindshare and product adoption within the channel ecosystem.

- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
