Job Description:

- Observe and relay market information to the team for better market understanding.

- Support the BD team with costings for proposal preparation as needed.

- Manage a team of field supervisors to meet sourcing targets.

- Monitor team performance and facilitate capacity development.

- Ensure proper planning and execution of all projects within timelines and deliverables.

- Streamline dispatch processes for improved efficiency and automation.

- Monitor daily dispatch details and ensure data accuracy on DC Manager.

- Assist team members in coordinating with vendors for documentation.

- Conduct quality control of materials sourced at vendor locations.

- Support the admin team in coordinating third-party audits with vendors.

- Audit health and safety compliance at vendor and end destination locations.

- Create a comprehensive vendor network across India and ensure compliance with norms.

- Visit partner locations to understand the market landscape and establish partnerships with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs).

- Identify market trends, prices, competition, and future developments.

- Plan weekly purchases and assist with monthly forecasting.

- Identify new vendors and negotiate regular rates.

- Plan weekly and monthly dispatches, ensuring compliance with transport document requirements.

- Raise escalations with end destinations regarding accepted quantities.

- Identify new end destinations and conduct audits to ensure compliance.

- Regularly coordinate with existing end destinations for optimal rates and quality standards.

- Conduct quality checks and approve dispatch documents on DC Manager.

- Coordinate with vendors for debit notes and GST filing.

- Plan payouts to vendors and follow up with recyclers for payment receivables.

- Project cash flow for the month.

Educational Qualifications:

- Master's or bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering

- Relevant certifications in project management or supply chain management (PMP, APICS) are advantageous
