Manager - Sales
Job Description:
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit top-tier sales talent.
- Assist in the hiring process, including defining role requirements, participating in interviews, and evaluating candidates.
- Onboard and train new sales team members to ensure a smooth transition and quick ramp-up to productivity.
- Drive initiatives to expand market share and penetrate new verticals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 3+ years' of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
