Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate adoption of best practices at engagement level for the service line

- New process configuration facilitation & process coaching for delivery teams

- Process customization as per contract requirements

- Support with process documents, run-books, work instructions, ops manual etc

- Provide content support on Delivery excellence process, platform, risk management, Product/ service Quality and productivity measures

- Provide support to BU level activities pertaining to Quality process implementation

- Ensure adherence of the projects to processes and procedures

- Onboarding the engagement on PRA (process package, plan, metrics, ELC,DRM,CDCC etc.)

- Participate in delivery readiness review with project team (Go/No Go reviews)

- Work with BU to have Account level DE implementation plan
