What We're Looking For :

- We are looking for a senior sales leader to take on the Head of Sales, India/APAC Region role to shape the regional sales strategy across all our core Digital or IT Consulting, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation portfolios and scale revenue and sales teams to the next level. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting sales strategy and driving strategic sales opportunities across our multi-domain Digital Transformation, Consulting and Analytics portfolio and leverage his/her experience to build a differentiated position with large global and Indian MNC clients. You should be passionate about the journey of planning and building new Digital businesses through selling into new enterprise clients, strategising next steps, negotiating complex deals and winning against healthy competition in head-to-head opportunities within the Digital Transformation industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and executing the sales strategy for the region and lead the existing accounts and sales team to strong growth for the business and for the sales team.

- Form Strategic Client Partnerships, building/hunting new logos, Business Development, Client Acquisitions and add successful accounts to spur revenue growth.

- Manage existing accounts and build new potential network/clients - Create great first conversations, cultivate and nurture new business opportunities and grow them

- Responsible for identifying and building sales opportunities across new and existing enterprise clients in India. Expand market penetration and grow the revenue across all dimensions. Must have a consistent track record of growing and achieving revenue goals.

- Engage with prospects to understand there unique and specific pain points and produce innovative and compelling business cases to meet their needs.

- Create & articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders also work in alignment with inside stakeholders to lead sales presentations and client journey from discovery sessions with CxOs to solutioning , Digital Experience/Product Demos and proposals.

- Build and maintain C-Level relationships in named Enterprise Accounts

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business problem statements into opportunities and marshal diverse Digital program management, domain specialists and delivery teams to realise goals

- Drive processes across sales team towards maintaining a strong sales/opportunity pipeline and clear visibility to leadership team

- As a senior sales leader, this role is an ideal platform for you to grow clients and sales teams with next generation Digital Technology and Consulting capabilities. Based on successful performance during the first 2 years, there maybe opportunities to take on sales leadership in other regions, including South Africa, Australia/NZ or UK/US.

Required Experience

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Digital Transformation, Consulting, Analytics and Native Cloud Applications industry.

- Must have experience growing business with large global or Indian MNC clients across these capabilities and offerings

- Energetic, growth-minded sales professional with experience with growing revenues through a combination of acquiring Fortune 500 clients(New wins) within the region and mining existing large clients through adoption of Key Account Management best practices.

- Must have experience in at least two or more of the following verticals: BFSI, Retail, Media and Telecom, FMCG and Healthcare.

- Strong Customer interface skills. Ability to uncover customer needs and translate into winning capture strategies and value propositions.

- Exceptionally good client engagement and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the business's senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

- Exceptionally clear, assertive, yet adaptable sales leader with ability to drive clear growth mandates, coach existing sales team, collaborate and build new capabilities that can drive faster growth.
