Job Description :

Valuation services involve undertaking valuation analysis of shares / businesses for mergers /demergers (swap ratios), acquisitions, dispute resolutions, regulatory filings, portfolio valuations etc.

Under generally accepted valuation methodologies like the Income approach (Discounted Cash Flow Method), the Market Approach (Comparable Companies Multiples Method and Comparable Transactions Multiples Method) and the Asset Approach (Net Assets Value) include :

- Analysis of the historical operating and financial performance.

- Critical analysis of the business plans in light of the past performance.

- Determining the discount rates and the terminal growth rates.

- Identification of the comparable companies and comparable transactions, determining appropriate multiples like EV / Revenue, EV / EBIDTA, EV / EBIT, PE etc.

- Performing Valuations under the DCF, CCM, CTM, NAV methods.

- Client management and leading valuation assignments, managing teams and engagement timelines.

- Quality Assurance reviews for valuation assignments carried out by other team members

Others :

- Ability to build and manage client relationships. Execution efficiency Gaining in-depth knowledge and building expertise within the relevant sectors.
