Role profile :

- Undertaking detailed financial due diligence and desktop review of company's operations

- Preparation, development and validation of business plans for the purpose of undertaking DCF valuation.

- Undertaking valuation for purpose of commercial negotiations during a transaction (buy side / sell side), restricting etc

- Developing financial models for forecasting and evaluating cash flows, growth, return on investments, payback period

- Advising on various aspects of transactions (but side/ sell side) from a regulatory and tax perspective

- On-call advisory support to client on various regulatory, tax, accounting and valuation matters

- Advising on various investment instruments, available for investment by foreign entity in an Indian company, from a tax regulatory perspective

- Preparation of high level presentations on various industries, competitive landscape, researching and identified potential acquisition targets

- Approached identified targets to gauge their willingness
