Rustomjee - Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - IPO - IIM/ISB

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Should serve as Investor relations and Corporate finance professional

- Work closely with the President - Finance and Corporate Strategy on all corporate finance matters including preparation for IPO

- Well versed with the entire procedures involved while applying for an IPO.

- Entire coordination and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitoring and tracking the readiness of the company for IPO listing.

- Prepare for company updates, investor updates, board updates & materials, MIS and analysis

- Schedule and facilitate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

Education : MBA in Finance from a Premier Institute (ISB / IIMs)

Experience : A total experience of 4 - 5 years, should have handled the entire life cycle of an IPO.

Key Competencies : Excellent financial acumen, Eye for detail, High Analytical skills, excellent communication skills, Inter-personal skills, Presentation skills, Coordination skills, Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Very High on Integrity.
