Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Make a list of all the materials to be procured and classify them into A, B and C class inventory items
2. Should be proficient in procuring all Marketing Collateral like, Brochures, Digital Videos and Renders, Stationary, Outdoor, Print Media, Communication tools, automation tools, Signage, Bill Boards etc.
3. Make the inventory procurement plan to optimize the costs and savings
4. Develop a strong list of vendors and work on the best terms for procurement
5. Relationship management with vendors to get the jobs done on time
6. Strict quality monitoring process and control
7. Material requisition, PO, indenting, receiving, transferring, stocking and inventory reconciling
8. Bench marking competition and understanding comparison of cost, quality and efficiency
9. Understand new trends in the market and improvise, improve and innovate
10. Study the market, find the opportunities and develop product concepts, build Business Case and obtain approvals from different stakeholders
11. Study competitive landscape to understand product offering, practices, policies and consumer pitch and use the learning to create the best business practices
12. Work with cross functional teams to deliver the product offerings to the end users
13. Should be able to work with Consumer Centricity and be able to deliver ROI to stakeholders, channel partners and study the trends and emerging patterns.
14. Should possess good analytical skills and be able to read through the data and present the macro and micro views.
15. Should be able to lay practices during different phases of product life cycle and complete projects within scheduled timelines
16. Monthly Insights into supplier performance & capability.
17. Forecast procurement between different phases of the year (basis RE trends) & demand planning
18. Monitor and update marketing departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing. Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production
19. Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company. Attend meetings with the legal team, engineering team, vendors and suppliers
20. List of vendors, apart from cost should be developed basis TATs as well as market conditions keeping in mind affordable & mass housing requirements
21. Apply experience using supply chain management software, like Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision.
22. Draft entire end-to-end group level purchase process to identify key opportunities to negotiate basis economies of scale
23. Showcase conflict resolution skills during high decibel pressure or basis market conditions
24. Considering steps into NRI market, should be able to help procure NRI materials
25. Be able to travel to vendors factory/workshops before delivery for high priced procurement
26. Building a Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) to help transform Procurement, and also support broader transformation of the value chain and the enterprise
Experience:
7 to 10 years of experience in procurement of Marketing material in any large consumer organization, real estate, advertising agencies or media houses
