Lead - Talent Management & Payroll
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement the Rewards and Recognition program in close coordination with the Projects and Functions
- Monitor the employee life cycle and manage on internal job placements and manpower dimensioning.
- Plan and Maintain Cash-flows for all HR, Payroll and Talent Management programs.
- Drive the Payroll and compliance deliverables.
- Implement the end-to-end modules for the HRIS portal.
- Lead the Employee Pulse Survey and work towards improvement of the ESS index.
- Ensure smooth Exit management and design retention programs.
- Lead initiatives across Culture and Value Cascade and Employee Relations.
- Design team bonding initiatives in close coordination with the Leadership Team.
- Drive the Benefit programs and the implement a Wellness Calendar.
- Review and reshape the HR policy framework.
- Revamp the employee engagement program across the organization.
- Maintain live organograms.
- Facilitate and close on the Internal, External, ESG Audits and due diligence requirements for listing.
- Maintain monthly MIS and analytics with real time dashboard.
