Role & responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate development projects, aligning them with the company's overall objectives.

- Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities, considering market trends, financial feasibility, and risk analysis.

Architectural Design:

- Lead and oversee the architectural design process, ensuring the creation of aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable structures.

- Collaborate with internal and external architects to develop design concepts that meet the expectations of clients, regulatory bodies, and end-users.

Urban Planning:

- Navigate and interpret local zoning regulations and planning codes to ensure compliance with governmental requirements.

Project Management:

- Oversee project managers and teams responsible for the execution of development projects from inception to completion.

- Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring successful project delivery.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, demand, and competition in the real estate market.

- Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding potential market shifts and emerging opportunities.

Sustainability Integration:

- Integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into the planning and design process.

- Stay informed about green building technologies and initiatives, ensuring our projects adhere to the highest standards of sustainability.

Collaboration and Leadership:

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork within the planning and architecture team.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional development and growth.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or a related field.

- Proven experience in strategic planning and project management within the real estate industry.

- Professional license in Architecture is preferred.

- Strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and land use policies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green certifications.
