The incumbent should be able to build a strong online presence of Rustomjee Brand and various projects across the segments. The candidate should have strong presence across Digital Consumer Understanding, Process of Building Strong Presence on SNS according to Brand Management and Segmentation Principles, should be hands on about Video and Static Content and have ability to create IPs

The Key responsibilities include:

Social Media:

1. Ability to build a strong digital presence for Brand Rustomjee

2. Build our digital marketing roadmap across performance marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, ORM, digitization of various touch points across the consumer lifecycle/journey, effective creative and communication strategy and consumer outreach and omni channel approach

3. Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency

4. Developing company's own digital channels, such as Website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. and using it to grow brand strength and business

Content and IP Development:

1. Understand consumer behavior and trends on the digital media and map outreach strategy accordingly

2. Work closely with key agency and technology partners to enhance consumers experience on digital platform

3. Should understand basics of Brand Management and should be able to work closely with Brand Managers to work on Content Marketing Strategy

Performance Marketing:

1. Maximize reach and optimize performance across paid, owned and earned media in digital landscape

2. Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budgets

3. Work closely with Pre-Sales and Project Sales to understand trends and increase leads/walk ins

4. Should be able to manage functional and cross functional teams effectively

Others:

1. Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

2. To be a master of digital ecosystem various tools and techniques. Should continue to explore progress and development in technological field and get suitable vendors

3. To monitor competition activities and also the updates in consumer digital marketing and draw inspiration and create cutting edge strengths

4.To be able to work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and plan pre-sales to post sales activities on Digital ecosystem

Experience & Skill Set Required:

The ideal candidate should have/be":

1. Hands on experience in PPC, Social Media Marketing, Display and Native Ads, Programmatic, SEM and SEO

2. Worked on marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, Hootsuit, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc to create meaningful communication and outreach to the consumer across lifecycle

3. Strong understanding of performance marketing funnel and optimization tactics and strategies and be very strong with data analytics

4. Well versed with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Kiss metrics, Semrush, Adobe Analytics, Similar Web

5. Well versed with various website and server platforms and Google webmaster

6. Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript etc

7. Should have done key assignments/key campaigns on content marketing, influencer marketing, blogger outreach and driving organic traffic from various social media channels

8. Should have worked on digital initiatives like apps, consumer portals, whatsapp for business, chatbots, integration with CRM etc

9. Should have experience in handling team of digital marketers, web developers, content and creative designers

Educational Qualification:

MBA Marketing with 10-12 years experience and preferably Google and Facebook certified across its suite of marketing and advertising products
