Brand Head with exceptional business acumen, a profound understanding of digital marketing, and a track record in managing product/project launches. Designed for a strategic and creative visionary who will lead the brand into groundbreaking areas of growth, focusing on the fusion of creative excellence, digital innovation, and strong business acumen. This role demands a professional who can navigate the complexities and uncertainties of the real estate market, demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for developing a differentiated brand and communications strategy that not only resonates creatively but also aligns seamlessly with the business dynamics of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Development:

- Devise an advanced brand strategy that integrates creative innovation with a deep understanding of business dynamics. Lead the brand's expansion into new market segments with a focus on aligning creative initiatives with business goals & deliveries.

Consumer Insights and Digital Engagement:

- Garner deep insights into consumer behavior, especially in digital contexts, to develop strategies that connect with the audience and drive engagement. Should be able to seamlessly integrate online and offline communication strategies and come up with innovative solutions to drive business objectives

Market Research and Business Sense Integration:

- Conduct comprehensive market research, translating findings into creative strategies that reflect the business objectives and market position.

Creative and Digital Excellence:

- Lead the development and execution of high-quality digital creative content, ensuring that it not only captivates the audience but also communicates the business's value proposition effectively.

Holistic Communications Strategy:

- Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy, emphasizing the synergy between creative messaging and business objectives.

Leadership in Creative and Business Integration:

- Guide a team of creative and digital professionals, ensuring that all brand initiatives are both creatively outstanding and business-savvy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with various departments, particularly marketing, sales, and strategy teams, to ensure that the brand strategy complements the overall business strategy.

Creative Project Management:

- Oversee all aspects of creative project development, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with business insights and objectives.

Project lifecycle Management:

- Understanding of launching new projects, working on sustenance and fag end cycle projects wrt brand and marketing strategies to enhance sales volumes and reducing cycle times.

Performance Analytics and Business Alignment:

- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns, aligning them continuously with business performance indicators.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing with minimum 15 years of experience in brand management, with a significant emphasis on brand, creative and digital content development. Min of 2-3 yrs in real estate and 12-15 years in or across FMCG, Durable, Hospitality, Media will be preferred.

- Proven expertise in integrating business acumen with creative strategy.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and creative best practices.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Experience in stakeholder management, able to influence and align various interests towards common goals.
