Rustomjee - Fund Raising Role - Debt Syndication

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for End to End Execution of Loan Proposal & ensuring smooth completion of Due Diligence process.

- Preparing Financial Model from the point of view of raising debt to fund the Project.

- Ensuring Timely Compliance with all Terms & Conditions of the Lender & Timely Disbursement / Repayment till the maturity of the loan.

Others related tasks/responsibilities.

Desired Candidate Profile: MBA Finance or a CA with 10 - 12 Years Experience in Fund raising from Real Estate Industry.
