Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage relationships with existing investors / lenders

2. Be a single point of contact for Investor Relations managing the investor queries and analyst interactions etc.

3. Lead the origination and execution of debt fund raising transactions

4. Supervise the preparation of transaction marketing material e.g. Teasers,
