We are building an international brand of traditional products handcrafted using traditional skills, techniques and processes for modern use. Our products are crafted to add a traditional rustic flavor to your lives at the same time creating modern usability and value.

Founder Profile:

Founder an IIT Delhi alum and a seasoned entrepreneur who has sold a startup successfully in the past. Apart from that, he was a President at Delhivery where he setup and run a 1000 people+ business vertical from scratch.

Job Description:

- Work on end to end digital marketing and branding for the business

- Ensuring that the brand story is consistent across media and channels

- Growth hacking of different advertising channels to ensure good unit economics

- Handling paid promotions and optimizing them for maximum ROI

- Manage the Social Media, SEO and Content strategy of the business

- Quality control of content, descriptions, images, photo shoots for high end position of brand

- Define new processes to drive new efficiency at all levels

- Identify / help build technology tools to streamline marketing and handle scale

- Help with international expansion of the business on new channels and markets

- Report to the founder, part of the core team of the startup

- Help with everything from hiring to tech to office to whatever the founder needs help with

Job Requirement:

- From IIT / IIM / premium institute

- 1+ years of experience with digital marketing in an e-com / online venture

- Expertise with Microsoft Excel and strong inclination to work with data must

- Comfort with technology and ability to write basic code must

- Confidence and ability to work independently

- Street smartness to deal with vendors and get the maximum out of every negotiation

- Super enthu to work in a young startup and to learn how a business is built and scaled

- Attempt at trying to be a startup founder on your own will be a big plus
