Rural Sales Manager -- MNC Personal Care -- FMCG -- Location ( M.P / U.P / Bihar )

Job Profile :-

Geographical span of control of districts in the given state and identifying New business areas .

Responsible for Sales planning, Infrastructure and conducting training programmes for direct sales force as well as indirect sales force of salesmen

Managing budgets and controlling costs.

Optimizing trade promotion spends and deployment of visibility budgets

Controlling costs through monitoring of damage, expiry, etc.

Handling (UP / MP State)

Candidate Requirement :

MBA Full time from -- FMCG Cos

U.P / M.P state, market working experience is a must
