Position open with a leading FMCG company in Gurgaon. Candidates having good experience in sales training, product training, process training can share their profile.
Experience- 3+years (Experience in rural training is must)
Qualification- MBA (HR) from a Premier Business school is must.
Location- Gurgaon
Key Deliverables-
1. Recruit Rural Sales Representatives across India.
2. Ensure complete documentation of joining formalities, declarations, and of each Sales Rep’s black book.
3. Create induction modules for all new joinees in 10 languages which include both rural specific product training and training on ways of working, ensure 100% compliance of administration.
4. Create Rural Training Modules to increase capabilities and skill set in Reps. Monitor performance of Reps on processes and results, 9-box them, and take necessary steps to reward consistent high performers and create improvement plans for low performers.
Skill Set required – Incumbent who is currently in a role of HR partnering the sales function or has done/is doing training programs for Sales function on large scale 500 or more.
