Designation : Rural Development Manager-Mapped at Area Sales Head (ASM) Level

Location : Bangalore (Karnataka) Location

Gender : Male

Education : Graduate/MBA

Work Experience : Should be experience 7-12 yrs in to Rural Market in Entire Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. (min 5 Years in good FMCG)

CTC : Depend on Current CTC

Important Note:

- The person needs to travel for at least 20 days a month and need to serve rural areas of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

- There will not be any team and target for this profile. He will be expected to work with the SOs currently working in respective areas and to develop business there.

Job Responsibilities:

- Expertise in handling the remote rural areas with prior experience of distribution infrastructure/ set-up in the region

- Enhance retail / channel/ trade effectiveness ( retail hygiene, visibility, branding etc )
