Job Description - Opportunity to work with an early stage start-up for a front ending role focused on micro business from rural and semi-urban population of India.

Client Details

A hybrid fintech start up based out of Mumbai by a veteran in the financial industry who has more than a decade of experience in leadership roles in NBFCs. The platform will be established with an app and third party coordination points on the ground to 'make the market' through on ground distribution and then 'own the market' through technology. The plan is to crate an AUM of INR 100 Bn (Rs. 10,000 cr) with NPA less than 1 in next 5 years by focusing on micro businesses in India.

Description

- Understand the financial requirements and challenges of micro businesses

- Build and execute the GTM strategy to on-board micro business

- To manage micro businesses from rural and semi-urban population of India

- Collaborate with product team, engineering team and credit team to understand the financial solution

- End to end customer journey ownership from on-boarding to disbursement to collections

Profile

- MBA graduates who have joined cooperatives or FMCGs from campus and have worked in sectors like agriculture/dairy/manufacturing

- Candidates with sound understanding of rural marketing and rural consumers

- Graduates from IRMA will be preferred
