Profile Summary:
- As the SM/AD - Growth & Strategy Cards, you will own and drive key growth and strategic initiatives for our cards business. This is a highly visible role, directly contributing to the growth agenda by identifying new opportunities, optimizing existing processes, and leading strategic projects from concept to execution.

Education: BTech/MBA/CA from a top-tier institution.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth, business strategy or program management roles

Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Channel Development:
- Lead the development of channels and strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and product optimization within the cards business.
- Identify growth opportunities in new market segments, emerging trends, and partnerships to enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement data-driven growth plans that align with company goals.
Program Management:
- Own end-to-end execution of growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and timely delivery.
- Act as a program manager for complex, cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with teams from marketing, product, data, and customer experience.
- Track and report on the success of growth programs, developing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Manage and implement high-impact, long-term strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- Explore new product opportunities and design go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Lead competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to position the business favorably in the marketplace.
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and financial metrics to uncover growth levers and inform decision-making.
- Use data to develop, test, and scale high-potential initiatives, and continuously monitor results to optimize performance.
- Partner with data teams to build dashboards and tools that provide insights into key growth metrics.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work with senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams to influence and drive the success of strategic projects.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing clear updates on growth initiatives, roadmaps, and outcomes.
Skills & Persona:
- BTech/MBA/CA from a top-tier institution.
- 3+ years of experience in growth, business strategy, or program management roles, preferably with a background in fast-growing startups or fintech environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, including driving them to successful outcomes with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the cards/payments industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and delivering results.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and innovation in a high-paced, results-oriented environment.
