Define the Role :
- Own Customer Lifecycle Management
- Own and deliver repeat P&L, share of GL, share of wallet
- Use analytics and regional insights to define value prop and GTM, use MR (qual, and quant.) to validate/discover value prop, use insights to influence GTM
- Formulate, run experiments and scale successes with x-functional collaboration to increase LTV, improve share of LTV and margin expansion
- Drive programs across x-functional teams that affect reFeaL./=1tion
