Designation: Head of Field Sales
Job Description:
- Set and meet growth targets and navigate short-term and long-term sales cycles by acquiring new customers and servicing existing customers
- Conducting field sales meetings with customers on a regular basis to understand and improve sales processes, mentor team members and get more business
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors in the market
- Hiring team members basis a set of quantitative and qualitative tests
- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback
- Meeting audits with detailed performance measurement and feedback for improvement for team members
- Identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to address the same, in terms of sustainable systems and processes, in a dynamic business environment - Knack for setting, measuring and improving processes on a continuous basis
Experience:
- 7+ years experience in Field Sales with a ability to manager mid-sized teams
- Hands on experience in marketing/startup is a plus
Qualifications/Desired Attributes:
- Education: Graduates, Post Graduates
- Excellent communication skill in English/Kannada.
- Analytical & problem solving ability
- Hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes
- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities
- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
