Role :

- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance

- Identifying trends in financial performance

- Preparing financial models and forecasting

- Variance analysis

- Profit or Loss & Cash flow projection

- Investor reporting

- Cost optimization

Skills :

- Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and - beliefs in verbal and written manner

- Proficiency in MySQL, Hive, and Excel

- Any Data Visualization Tool (e.g. MSTR, Power BI, Tableau etc.)

- Knowledge of Statistics and Statistical an advantage

Persona :

- CA / MBA with 1-2 yrs post qualification experience in FP&A, reporting, planning, etc.

- Prior experience in Business Finance or Controllership role preferred

- Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
