1. Research on potential tie-ups for Investor acquisition
- Market Sizing research, identifying potential new tie-up opportunities.
2. Identifying innovative products and improving relationship at all levels in the platform to increase share of wallet for existing customers.
3. Would be responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.
4. Reporting and Monitoring performance to ensure that targets are achieved.
5. Formulating Investor acquisition strategies and leading the team from the front.
6. Work with marketing department and help in implementation of hyper marketing activities with the partner/Alliance.
7. HNI Clientele and Portfolio management
8. Develop new investment products and maximise investor returns.
9. Taking care of Teams Productivity and business. Responsible for individual & Teams targets.
10. Team Motivation/ Training. Giving Product training to existing and new hired team.
11. Mange both internal & external channel for business expansion & development.
Key Requirements:
a) Must have knowledge and Relevant Experience of Sales (in Asset Finance products, Home loan, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Service companies.
b) Experienced in Customer acquisition and Portfolio Management Services.
c) Good Client Sourcing, customer relationship management & Servicing skills.
d) Good network of investors, HNIs, financiers, stock market brokers, etc.
e) Proven negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills.
f) Good financial analytical skills, communication skills.
