- To lead the borrower acquisition for the company
- To build and maintain strong relationships with loan agents and borrowers.
- Manage the business leads coming and ensure that they move towards fulfillment.
- Research on potential tie-ups for Borrowers acquisition - Market Sizing research, identifying potential new tie-up opportunities.
- Comfortable in interacting with channel partners and upholding relationship with them.
- Would be responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.
- Developing new loan products.
- New Client Acquisition & Business generation of Personal loan Business.
- Giving Product training to existing and new hired team.
- Reporting and Monitoring performance to ensure that targets are achieved.
- Prepare Presentation for various platforms - Product Notes and Sales Pitches.
- Work with marketing department and help in implementation of hyper marketing activities with the partner/Alliance.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Key Requirements for the Job:
- Relevant Experience of Sales (in Asset Finance products, Home loan, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions.
- Must have knowledge of various financial loan products.
- Market Analysis / Research
- Good client servicing skills
- Good in Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
