RupeeCircle - Product Development Role

1. Translate Business and Functional requirements to the IT / Development team.

2. Define and develop the short term and long-term product roadmap

3. Develop and deliver a solid user experience and serve as the user's #1 advocate

4. Outline and prioritize feature specs and work with the development team to see them through to deployment

5. Work with the engineering team to test and bug hunt new features before release.

6. Collaborate with the design team to develop user experiences around new features

7. Define and use data-driven analysis to identify and fill product gaps

8. Assist marketing in personal research and devising informed marketing strategies

9. Help develop product pricing and positioning

10. Conduct interviews and demonstration calls with potential customers

11. End to end understanding of the business requirements and customer needs and balancing them.

Required:

a) Understanding of product management practices and experience working with engineering and design teams.

b) An entrepreneur at heart. There's no blueprint or playbook here.

c) Highly collaborative and team oriented.

d) Highly driven to be successful.

e) Be able to work in a fast-paced, and often-changing startup environment.

f) A strong analytical and technical background.
