1. Formulating and executing digital marketing strategies
2. Preparing digital and social media content
3. Creative adverts and print collaterals
4. Designing and planning - email, sms, social media campaigns
5. Help in designing investor, client, public communication.
6. Increasing online customer acquisition and lead generation
7. Tie ups with channel partners and associate websites / portals
8. Achieving monthly, quarterly lead generation and user acquisition targets.
9. Taking care of Teams Productivity and business. Responsible for individual & Teams targets.
10. Team Motivation/ Training. Giving Product training to existing and new hired team.
11. Mange both internal & external channel for business expansion & development.
Key Requirements :
a) Must have knowledge and Relevant Experience of Sales (in Asset Finance products, Home loan, Mortgages, Business Loans, etc) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions.
b) High level of creativity and communication skills
c) Having an arts / design background is a plus
d) Knowledge of designing software is a plus
