Qualifications: - Strong experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis. - Knowledge of construction materials and methodologies. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or MBA. - Professional certification (PMP) is a plus.
