Role Description :
Role is required to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. Strategically, recommending ways to improve operations planning, and notifying all stakeholders of key business developments. As an assessor, timely assess the business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
1. Setting of PMC Practice
- Analyse, monitor & control the Consultancy project for Detailed Engineering & Design.
- Review and track documentation process on a regular basis regarding the project tasks assigned to various departments/officials; progress, schedule, budgeting and forecasting.
- Keeping track of the Design related issues/aspects & resolving the same for the timely submission & approval of required construction drawings.
- Tracking Projects' Financial Progress and preparation of Estimate at completion
- Strong communication with client and ensure quality checks.
- Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as marketing teams.
- Tracking project deliverables as per schedule/site requirements, responsibilities and progress and taking corrective measures where ever is required.
2. Guiding Team in delivering PMC Projects
- Guiding and mentoring team on deliverables/quality/resource planning etc.
- Ensure positive Cash-flows and Resource optimization
- Ensure Project completion certificates are received from client once the project is closed.
- Review of construction schedule w.r.t. the achieved progress, comparison of planned Vs achieved, Milestones achieved.
3. Support in developing business in winning large PMC assignments
- Supporting BD Team in winning large scale projects across India.
- Representing Company on various forums & associations.
- Set Business objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets.
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs.
