Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Startup Solutions Team to lead our efforts in supporting startup founders. This role will involve creating compelling pitch decks, financial models, and providing strategic funding guidance to ensure our clients successfully secure the necessary capital for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitch Deck Development:

- Design and create high-quality pitch decks that effectively communicate the startup's vision, market opportunity, product offering, and financial projections.

- Collaborate with founders to tailor presentations for specific investor audiences, highlighting key metrics and traction.

Financial Modeling:

- Develop comprehensive financial models that outline revenue projections, cost structures, and funding requirements for startups

- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving business viability.

Funding Guidance:

- Advise founders on funding strategies, including seed rounds, venture capital, and alternative financing options.

- Assist in preparing funding requests that clearly articulate the startup's needs and expected outcomes from investments.

Client Support:

- Provide ongoing support to startup clients throughout their fundraising journey, including pitch rehearsals and feedback sessions.

- Maintain strong relationships with investors and venture capitalists to facilitate introductions and networking opportunities for clients.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of consultants focused on startup solutions, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in startup funding and consulting.
