Job Description: Channel Management - Secured Loans (Loan Against Property)
Looking for professionals with experience of working with Start-Ups.
Grade:
Associate Manager/Manager/Senior Manager
Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues
- Develop new markets and network to enhance sales volumes/ revenues
- Identify all small/medium and large channel partners/Business associates of all banks and products
- Organize the mentoring and training sessions for the channel partners/business associates
- Identify non-conventional channels for creating a revenue model both for the prospective channel partner and also for the organization
- Achievement of business volumes month-on-month towards the Secured Loans (Loan Against Property) segment
- Maintaining relationship with existing strategic and retail channel partners
- Maintaining relationship with existing Financial Institutions as well as identify new Financial institutions for tie-ups related to Home Loan/Loan Against Property.
- Should be able to influence the business associates and drive them towards usage of technology enabled solutions for them.
Cross selling:
- Cross sell non assigned products & services to contribute the revenues and market presence.
- Service: Provide quality service to ensure satisfaction of business associates/customers and retention.
- Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plans.
- Compliances & Processes: Be Vigilant while sourcing and putting Company's benefit of anything and use utmost care and alertness all time
Skills & Experience Required :
Education Requirements: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 6-12 yrs of experience in selling LAP products across various channels
Knowledge & Skills:
- A HL/LAP channel/sales person should be conversant with lending laws and regulations.
- He/She should have basic sales skills and should be able to analyze customer behaviors.
- Excellent oral and written skills are a requirement and she needs to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Persuasiveness is a must-have and should have patience and perseverance to be able to initiate and complete a sale and be equipped with problem solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations.
