Role Responsibilities:

Communication Management:

- Coordinate with vendors, finance teams, and courier services.

- Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of operations.

- Logistics And Operations Oversight

- Manage the end-to-end logistics processes within the e-commerce framework.

- Ensure smooth operations and timely RTV processing.

- Report Generation And Management

- Create, manage, and analyze multiple reports using Excel.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.

- Data Analysis And Presentation

- Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
