RTM Capability Development Manager - Gurgaon

Job Detail :

- Support delivery of business deliverables at zone and unit level thru tactical and strategic level interventions

- Understand customer and business needs and build people capability in the RTM stream

- Develop and drive career plans for RTM professionals at unit/zone and National level

- Conceptualize and convert voice of customer to business deliverable and provide support through handholding, program development, delivery and execution

- Prepare the RTM function to deliver the Business plan and beyond

- Improve productivity and efficiency to support incremental growth

- Develop robust processes to manage skews while sustaining the systems and processes laid down

- Develop Depots, CFA, Planning, Transport, Fleet and system capability within RTM to deliver BP and beyond

- Mapping the roles and responsibilities with clearly defined deliverables.

- Defining and standardization of daily routines and tracking compliance.

- Define point of engagement requirements with other functions and the interaction.

- Identifying gaps in Skill/Capability in individuals in the function and provide appropriate training inputs for Improvement.

- Conduct class room training and create opportunities for inter zonal visits for learning of best practices.

- Development of reference and training material for better understanding and execution of one’s role.

- Development of E-Training modules for automation implemented

Educational Qualification : Graduate / Engineer & MBA in Operations Management

- Operational knowledge of Warehouse Infrastructure and design

- Channels of distribution, Transportation, Fleet Management , System Implementation & safety.

- 8-10 Yrs of work experience in Distribution. Should have worked as a Regional RTM Manager for 3 yrs.
