Job Title: Manager - RTM Capability Development
Reports to: V.P RTM
Location: Gurgaon
Job Objective: Develop skill and capability in the RTM function to drive business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
RTM Team Capability Development:
1) Mapping the roles and responsibilities with clearly defined deliverables.
2) Defining and standardization of daily routines and tracking compliance.
3) Define point of engagement requirements with other functions and the interaction.
4) Identifying gaps in Skill/Capability in individuals in the function and provide appropriate training inputs for Improvement.
5) Conduct class room training and create opportunities for inter zonal visits for learning of best practices.
6) Development of reference and training material for better understanding and execution of one’s role.
7) Development of E-Training modules for automation implemented.
Candidate Specification:
Graduate / Engineer & MBA in Operations Management with 10 – 12 Yrs of work experience in Distribution.
Travel: 70%
