Job Title: Digital Growth Manager


Location: Gurgaon


Experience: 5+ Years


About the Role:


We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive revenue, user acquisition, retention, and brand growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer lifecycle management, CRM, marketing automation, and performance marketing. The role requires a data-driven approach to scaling businesses, optimizing user journeys, and enhancing retention strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Growth & Revenue Management:


- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale revenue and improve profitability.


- Optimize marketing automation, segmentation, and user journey workflows to drive engagement.


- Identify high-value customer cohorts and create personalized engagement strategies to increase retention and reduce churn.


- Own and manage performance marketing channels (Paid Ads, Affiliates, SEM, Social, CRM, Referrals) to drive quality traffic and conversions.


- Analyze and interpret marketing data to extract key insights and enhance ROI.


Customer Lifecycle & Retention:


- Design and implement retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLTV).


- Improve key retention metrics such as D30 retention, lead reactivation rates, and engagement scores.


- Ideate and oversee UI/UX improvements, optimizing touchpoints to enhance customer experience.


- Drive CRM campaigns (Email, WhatsApp, SMS) to improve user engagement and conversion.


Product & Brand Growth:


- Strategize and launch new products/categories with strong positioning and brand communication.


- Develop playbooks to replicate success across multiple brands.


- Execute A/B testing and marketing experiments to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition cost (CAC).


- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams to enhance user experience and retention strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:


- MBA from a reputed institute (Preferred: MICA, IIMs, ISB, etc.).


- Strong expertise in Brand Growth, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Retention Strategies.


- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Web Analytics, MoEngage, WebEngage, Power BI, Metabase, Google Ads, Facebook Marketing, Search Console, Mailchimp.


- Experience in running growth experiments, segmentation, automation, and marketing analytics.


- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Background:


- Experience in high-growth startups, D2C brands, or consumer tech companies.


- Prior experience in scaling E-commerce or FMCG businesses is a plus.
