RSM is looking for an experienced Director to join our Risk Consulting (RC) team. The RC service line is comprised of team members with a wide array of skill sets, including chartered accountants, information technology specialists, software developers, data sciences, etc. This diverse team supports a wide array of services including:
- Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) financial and business process controls compliance
- ICFR audit support
- SOC report audit support
- Security compliance reporting support (PCI, NIST, SWIFT, HITECH, etc.)
- ERP application controls testing
- Automation and robotics development
- Network security penetration testing
- Security operations center monitoring

The Director will serve as the leader of our USI RC practice. The Director will work with our USI RC capability leaders to manage the RC financial metrics and staff across our USI offices. Additionally, Director will work collaboratively with the RC leadership team to develop strategies to increase the USI utilization across the RC engagement portfolio.
Qualification and Minimum Entry Requirements
- Chartered Accountant/CPA, CISA, or CISSP with minimum of 15 year of experience in risk consulting services.
- Experience in Big Four firm or equivalent offshore risk consulting / internal audit practice.
- Has managed the P&L of a large consulting practice (500+ people).
- Experience with the life cycle of employee management including recruiting and performance management.
- Minimum of 6 years of team lead experience overseeing staff on multiple RC engagements.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the "culture" champion to build a cohesive and collaborative environment for employees to thrive throughout their career.
- Provide RC leadership with insight on the recruiting, training, and performance management requirements to maintain a qualified and engaged USI RC team over multiple locations in India.
- Travel at least 1 - 2 times monthly to RSM USI sites to meet with local RC teams and office leadership.
- Report on RC USI performance to the RC leadership team.
- Understand RSM RC capabilities and work with the team in providing an integrated service delivery.
- Develop others within the RC practice through mentoring, training, and advising on career development or participating in other Firm initiatives.
- Work with US leaders on "go to market" strategy, participating in proposals, pitch meetings, and developing marketing collateral.
- Ensure professional development through ongoing education
- Experience being a liaison between US and India team to understand the importance of working as one team.
