Regional Sales Manager - PSU& Govt. Sales
The company is a part of a large Automobile Group.The company is engaged in human capital training and development.
Candidate should have strong Hands on in Govt & PSU Sales
Prospecting, identifying and developing new Govt. clients.
- Conducting commercial negotiations with Central & State
Government Departments
- Tendering/ Budgeting/ Laisoning.
- Exploring & identifying the potential clients for PSU & Govt. Business
- Evaluating the Tender/RFP/RFI, preparing the quotations
- Analysing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch
- Ability to work under pressure
- Managing existing clients
- Maintains good long term relations with existing and new clients
- Liaison with Implementation and development team to fulfill commitments to client of the region
- Costing/ Budgeting
- Responsible for P&L
Desired Candidate Profile -
Education:
(UG - B.Com - Commerce, B.Sc - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization)
Industry Knowledge
- Understands training products and services
- Understands PSU & Govt. Training initiatives
- Knowledge about the competitors of HMIL
Basic customer knowledge
- Understands customers’ business and marketplace issues
- Knowledgeable about customers’ training needs
Customer service
- Takes action to resolve tactical/operational problems
- Monitors account activity and problems
- Serves as customer advocate
Skills & Preferences
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Self-motivated & Self-starter
- Good knowledge of computers (MS Office)
