Job Description:

- Managing distribution models, Strategizing Sales Structures

- Handling Sales and P&L

- Team management

- Channel & Key account Management

- Recruitment and Career management of team members

- Negotiations and Contracting with key accounts.

Skills:

- Capable of managing task complexity of medium to high level.

- Good spoken and written English

- Well versed in using windows based word, excel, power-point

- People Management – Indirect /contract Sales Force

- Good Presentation skills and passion for training and skill enhancement.

- Time Management and task prioritization.

Desired Candidate:

- Post graduation degree, preferably in Business Management from a premier business school

- 7-8 years of Work experience in Sales.

- Team handling.

- Equipment selling background will be an additional desired advantage.
