ROLE AND CONTEXT
Purpose:
- The Regional lead - Professional services plans, designs , evaluates and directs Complete End to End business solutions for all phases of customers Projects .
- The Head – Professional Services will lead a team on a Regional level
Main Priorities:
1. The Regional Head- Professional Services will work with the internal and external stake holders across functions to lead PS engagement with enterprise clients in the region. Client satisfaction is of utmost priority
2. Will be responsible for funnel development, Order closures, revenue monitoring, team development and client satisfaction as per the Regional budgets
Consulting:
- Understanding client business process operations and business objectives; utilize knowledge on engagements/ analyzing workflow to design solutions (As-Is and To-Be Analysis and Freezing).
- Preparing the requirement document for customer approval and assigning users to the accounts.
- Researching and consulting on information life cycle management, information technology and business continuity management consulting.

Internal:
- Pre-Sales, Technology, Business Development Product Sales Specialist, Customer Care, Collection, HR and Account Managers

- Direct Sales Customers and OEM’s
Direct Reportees: 4 solution Architects
Key Performance Indicators:
- pre-sales solution design creation, presentation to customers, strategy discussions etc

Qualifications: Engineering Graduate , Vendor Certifications with technologies Mentioned
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Technical expertise in all phases of customer projects via analyse, design, selection, evaluation, network implementation,
- Extensive experience in pre-sales solution design creation, presentation to customers, strategy discussions etc.
- Extensive leadership experience in Client Relationship Management, Consulting, Business Transformation & Transitions, Strategy, Solution Development & Pre-Sales
- Data, Voice and Managed Services professional with management skills, capable of handling large team and projects..
Experience: 15-20 Years in Pre Sales, Solutions, Design, consulting, Delivery, Operations,
Industry Type: Telecom/ ISP/SI – from solution background
Preferred Companies:
- WIPRO, TCS, VSNL, IBM, TULIP, RELIANCE, DATAKRAFT, BHARATI, HCL and other IT / TELECOM related Companies
