- Handling a strong network of Distributors and C&F Agents in the zone.

- Implement strategies like consolidation & extension correctives in all projects; focused working on key accounts

- Product promotions like Activities in schools

- Analyse business potential, conceptualise & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.

- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.

- Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.

- Area Handling - WB, JK, Bihar, Odisha part of Assam

- Must be currently working at RSM level

- Must be handling team of Managers in current profile
