About our Client - Our client is an internationally renowned Fortune 500 FMCG major. In course of the expansion of their product line; the company is looking for senior management sales professionals to drive forth their initiative of developing new markets.
Job Description - Reporting into the Sales Director your core responsibilities will entail; Driving sales capabilities across internal sales teams with full accountability for distributors in the region
- Formulating product-wise monthly sales and collection plans for your region
- Formulating cost budgets and manage expenses to plan
- Driving the territory demand planning process
- Ensuring customer service levels are acceptable and taken action wherever appropriate
- Developing and executing regional customer specific channel plans to ensure sales targets and KIP's are met.
- Overall ensuring that objectives laid out by the organization are delivered for the assigned geography
The Successful Candidate - You are an MBA from a premier B school (IIM's,ISB,XLRI,MDI) 2002-2003 batch with a minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG (Food) in a sales based role. In your previous role you have been able to strive for high growth rates in intensely competitive markets with the help of strong systems and process orientation.
