RSM/ASM (Bulk Sales - Rice/Flour/Agri Commodities)

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets within the assigned area.

- Ensure local sales of the bulk commodities of FMCG PRODUCTS.

- Lead, mentored, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring excellent customer service.

- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and product development.

- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure efficient order - fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular market visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, conducting presentations, negotiations, and contract agreements.

- Stay up to date with industry developments, technological advancements, and market trends to identify potential risks or opportunities.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, customer experience, and team performance.

- Ensure Wholesaler evaluation is done on a regular basis to eliminate non profitable Wholesaler and add profitable ones.

- Ensure quality standards as per market requirement.

- Achieving the allocated targets & new business development

- Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes, focus on value and volume.

- Negotiating sales contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability.

- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospective needs and generate product development ideas.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and legal regulations.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with 5+ years of experience in BULK sales of FMCG Products (Agri commodities).

2. Successful previous experience as a RSM/ ASM & consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

3. Good coordination and communication skills, and strong team management.

4. Be able to work hard, be proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
