Designation: Sr. Lead - Business Analyst

- Face of between the development team and product owner group
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and vision to help guide our teams in the product development process, Understanding and comprehending the business requirements in coordination with the Product Manager
- Facilitate the creation of a well-defined Project Backlog and Project Plans
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions, Facilitate all Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives, and daily standups
- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Determining, and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements, Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Produce sprint and release progress / status reports as required for senior stakeholders, project working groups and steering committees.
- Maintain Risk and Issues logs and work with the product owner group to feed in new stories that arise from issues or risks into the product backlog
- Coordinate the participation of different tech and business groups in requirements gathering, specifications, design, development, and implementation of key projects
- Continue development of project management best practices and ensure standard processes and documentation are in place
- Work effectively with cross functional teams to drive the correct project outcomes in the desired time frames
- Analyze 3rd party APIs, and other methods of data exchange, required for projects
- Produce data maps between source and target systems
- Communicate with 3rd party vendors and partners to address technical questions, issues, or requests
- 8-12 yrs of Business Analyst/ Product owner experience especially with establishing the governance and the discipline needed for a new product
- Experience in defining requirements and use cases
- Ensuring architecture aligns with the existing PC/CFO/R&F business strategy
- Ensuring logical and application architecture aligns with the IT technical / platform architecture
- Ensuring logical and application architecture aligns with relevant architecture areas including, Cross functional architectures - data management, methodology, reporting
- Helping to get effective communication/feedback from key stakeholders
- Worked in Agile Scrum and Distributed Agile with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Worked in a geographically distributed team across multiple locations
- Must have worked on JIRA for epics, stories, issues and task management
- Facilitate the team for better productivity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team
- Sound understanding of the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in agile methodology
