Job Title : National Go-To-Market Manager

No. of Requirements: 1

Job Location: Kolkata

Reports to: Sales Head - GT

Function: Domestic Sales

Sub-Function: General Trade

Experience: 10 Years to 20 Years

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Custodian of entire S&D Build up - Coverage, Infra, Distribution expansion both Numeric and weighted, beat planning, route restructuring etc both for Urban and Rural.

- Efficiently Drive the Trade Marketing initiatives.

- Channel Sales Rural and WS.

- Monitor SFA DMS Implementation (as a part of the FF/RTM monitoring).

- Field Force Efficiency- Define, monitor and review the efficiency parameters to improve the sales performance, which mainly includes Productivity, TLSD, ECO, Range selling, Route TP.

- Incentives & Reward & Recognition structure.

- Monitor the MIS Team.

Required Key Skills:

- Complete knowledge and understanding of FMCG GTM

- Ability to gauge and add value on Productivity parameters

- Having a complete knowledge on Sales Force automation

- Strong interpretation skills of internal and external reports for identifying gaps and opportunities.

- Acumen of Cross functional collaboration to reap maximum benefits

Required Qualification / Experience:

- Graduation in any field.

- Advanced Degree a plus, (i.e. MBA, PGDM)
