Key Job Responsibilities:
- Custodian of entire S&D Build up ; Coverage, Infra, Distribution expansion both Numeric and weighted, beat planning, route restructuring etc. both for Urban and Rural.
- Efficiently Drive the Trade Marketing initiatives.
- Channel Sales ; Rural and WS.
- Monitor SFA DMS Implementation (as a part of the FF/RTM monitoring).
- Field Force Efficiency; Define, monitor and review the efficiency parameters to improve the sales performance, which mainly includes Productivity, TLSD, ECO, Range selling, Route TP.
- Incentives & Reward & Recognition structure.
- Monitor the MIS Team
Required Key Skills:
- Complete knowledge and understanding of FMCG GTM
- Ability to gauge and add value on Productivity parameters
- Having a complete knowledge on Sales Force automation
- Strong interpretation skills of internal and external reports for identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Acumen of Cross functional collaboration to reap maximum benefits
Required Qualification/Experience:
- Graduation in any field.
- Advanced Degree a plus, (i.e. MBA, PGDM).
