Manager, Analytics
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of yourself plus 3+ analysts performing analyses such as: ROI modeling, Multi-Variate Analysis, Time Series Analysis, Descriptive modeling, predictive modeling, Optimization Techniques
- Designing new analytical data models and extending existing data models.
- Establish relationships at the senior partner/client level
- Create measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with input from internal stakeholders
- Package deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs.
- Understand the client’s business, develop innovative approaches to solve their questions and present deliverables in a compelling manner that articulates their business value and impact
- Maintain positive, collaborative partnerships with key internal stakeholders and clients
- Exhibit strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills
- Conduct resource planning, development and guidance of team members
- Contribute to the success of other team members by providing training to others
Requirement:
- 7 + years of hands on analytics experience
- 4+ years of Project management experience.
- Master’s or advanced degree in quantitative studies (Ph.D. a plus). The equivalent combination of education, training and work experience may be suitable
- Expert at a variety of statistical approaches that must include some of the following: regression models, logit and probit models, cluster analysis, factor analysis, survival analysis, time series analysis, hierarchical modeling or other advanced methods
- Sound knowledge of Research Techniques and Methodologies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, PPT and some analytics tool (R, Mosel, etc.) required
- Experience working with large datasets
- Experience in Media Business operations strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral to be able to build and communicate a vision into actionable business insights
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for analytics including the insight and value it can provide
- Ability to work with teams remotely
- Excellent verbal, written and data visualization skills required
- Demonstrated ability to learn and acquire new technologies as needed
- Superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience of hands-on approach
