Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst

Work Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Assist with study phase of the implementations of RSG products

- Collect, interpret, and distill customers" business requirements into clear specifications and other product development artifacts

- Translate textual concepts and complex relationships between entities into visual displays.

- Coordinate internally with technical development team, designers, and architect, to translate business requirements into product features and functions. Regularly report status to Product or Project Managers

- Create clear and detailed process flows and user interface screens using Visio

- Capture meeting notes, and create project artifacts

- Communicate statuses for product development milestones to the internal business development team.

- Interpret product, market data, and client experiences into concise use case studies to be used later by QA team for quality assurance testing

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the media, cable, and broadcasting space is desirable excellent problem solving skills. Must be able to think creatively about issues to find a resolution

- Should have displayed quick learning abilities in career

- Must understand technical aspects of project implementation

- Excellent knowledge of SDLC

- Should have been part of end to end project executions

- Should have experience of working in onsite-offshore model (should have experience of coordinating with offshore technical and QA teams)

- Ability to multi-task. Successful candidate will manage multiple internal and deadline-driven projects that will require real-time prioritization based on multiple factors.

- Ability and confidence to work with all levels: senior management and staff.

- Should be willing to travel

- Technical writing skills and facility with Visio and PowerPoint are required

Qualifications

- Strong command of the English language - written and verbal.

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute. MBA degree would be preferred.

- Total IT experience: 2+ years

- Total experience as Business Analyst: 2+ years
