Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 4-5 years of experience in the IT industry to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and generating new leads and opportunities within Digital Marketing projects & App development projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base in the IT sector.

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the IT industry and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials to support business development efforts.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, outlining the company's capabilities, solutions, and value proposition.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, including pricing, terms, service level agreements (SLAs), RFx, to secure profitable deals and contracts.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in the IT sector and incorporate them into business development strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 4-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within Digital Marketing projects & App development projects.

- Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.

- Must have certain skills on drafting documents like SLA, RFI, RFP, RFQ, BRD, SRS & FRS.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.

- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability, with a results oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth.

- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.

- Must have experience in getting projects of Digital Marketing and App Development.
